PUCCI FOODS ANNOUNCES NEW FACILITY
HAYWARD, Calif., December 6, 2004 — Pucci Foods, aka as Joe Pucci & Sons Seafoods, announced its new facility at its headquarters location, 25447 Industrial Blvd., Hayward. The opening celebrated Pucci Foods’ operation of a new, state-of-the-art, 55,000-square-foot food storage, processing, packaging, and shipping facility.
“Showcasing our facility highlights our commitment to the finest stocking and handling of premium foods,” said Pucci Foods CEO Chris Lam. “Even as we apply the latest food product technologies, we look to emphasize our company’s values of dedication, teamwork, and quality.”
Pucci Foods’ facility includes a 12,500-square-foot freezer and four coolers for food processing and storage. The facility was designed for the utmost cleanliness, efficiency, and tracking of products to meet or exceed the strictest government and industry food standards.
